Argument is War

Straw Man, think its common in public organisation. Common because alot of discussion and time for arguing and analysis. I know because I have experienced it. After 1-2 hours meeting you suddenly hear one person repeat exactly what you discussed and present and delivered. First you do not react but pretty soon you will see the pattern..A Swedish word has appeared for this behavior. Social passivity, you are present but not present and prepared. Neither is the ability to drive and engage and take a stand on various issues. Its a reactive personality and I would say a problem.
